2.2. Reservation Guarantee
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or payment of a deposit.
• If the guarantee is not provided, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
2.3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation policies depend on the type of reservation and will be stated during the booking process.
• In case of late cancellation or no-show, a fee will be charged according to the booking terms.
3. Prices and Payments
3.1. Prices
• All prices displayed on the website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
• The tourist tax may be listed separately, depending on local regulations.
3.2. Payment
• We accept payment by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), bank transfers, and cash at the hotel.
• All additional costs incurred during the stay (e.g., minibar, laundry, and ironing services) must be paid upon check-out.

• The hotel reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, changes will not affect already confirmed reservations.
4. Check-In and Check-Out

•Check-out:By 11:00 AM.
• Early arrival or late departure is subject to additional charges and availability.
A valid identification document (ID card or passport) is required for check-in.
5. Hotel Rules
5.1. House Rules
• Guests are required to adhere to the house rules and behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests.
• Any violation of hotel rules may result in the termination of the stay without a refund.
5.2. Smoking Policy
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel except in designated smoking areas.
• A cleaning fee will be charged for non-compliance with the smoking policy.
5.3. Pets
• Pets are not allowed.
6. Hotel Liability
• The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items within the hotel premises.
• Safes are available in rooms and at the reception for storing valuables.
• The hotel reserves the right to modify services due to extraordinary circumstances, such as technical issues or force majeure.
7. Complaints and Disputes
• Guests may file a complaint in writing at the hotel reception or by email at contact@hotelaquariusdubrovnik.com
• The hotel will respond to complaints within the legal time frame.
In case of disputes, the court in Dubrovnik has jurisdiction.

All personal data collected during the booking process or stay are processed in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
9. Changes to Terms
The hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website and take effect from the moment of publication.
